    Yes it has the reverse lock attached to shift linkage. Both rams will retract when I push them while the down button is pushed. Unknown when it last worked correctly.     I should elaborate - When i remove the aft end of rams and tie up at horizontal position they will not retract at all when down button is pressed

When I try to retract cylinders when disconnected I get nothing, Pump runs but rams do not move - I Tried bleeding the down on the "trim cylinder accessory" per instructions and I am not even getting air from bleed hole.
