    Self bail plugs or not?

    Question. I am assuming the highest plug is a plug that can be plugged to let water in or out when I'm on plane correct? Should I leave it on or off?

    Just bought an center console boat, forgot to ask salesman where the gas fuel vent is. The gas tank is under the center console.     Purchaser form of payments?

    I curious what form of payment is the safest? Don't want to be carrying cash and do anyone think Facebook pay through messenger if buying a boat from fb marketplace is safe and better in case e you want to buy a boat on weekend when banks are closed?
