On auto pilot the motor for some reason turns completely either left or right.I've had this motor for three seasons and it 's the first time it's been doing this.What could be the problem?

Seems I have some kind of power loss on take off.Usually I give her about 3/4 throttle coming out of the hole and could feel some torque and get on plane fairly quickly .Now I have to give full throttle and can't feel any torque.
