when i placed my 17' regal with a mercruiser 130hp i/o in the water this year , the trim works fine (goes the whole way up) at slow speeds , but when at speed , the trim only goes about 3/4 of the way up and at that point a bad vibration starts in the boat . any help would be apprciated. thanks.
