I have a 5hp Mariner outboard. I believe it is a 1994 model. If I run it in the water for more than a short run it suddenly sounds like it loses power and stalls. To me it seems like it over heats. The cover over the motor seems hot and it smokes a little. How can I fix this ? :confused...
