    johnson 9.5 fuel pump

    is it possible to turn the fuel pump upside down<br />and still have it run ok? Because i did this because the fuel hoses were getting kinked when the cover is on the motor ,not a lot of room there<br />but now it starts up but quits when you put in gear and rev it up a bit,starves for gas.<br...

    exhaust gaskets on 9.5 johnson

    whats the trick to changing exhaust gaskets<br />on a johnson 9.5? the flywheel is off and there's not much room below that at the front of the engine..easier if the whole powerhead was out<br />but do i have to go that far??dave

    johnson 9.5 coil plate loose

    hi another question for you guys<br />the plate that holds the points and coils ect.. i took off the flywheel and the plate moves a little bit back and forth and up and down question is there a bearing in there that wears?? or is this normal? thanks again/

    9.5 johnson needs air?help

    i had this motor out yesterday,(i just bought it <br />3 weeks ago,)problem is it runs great with the<br />cover off,when the covers on and your zipping along after about 20 seconds it dies,dead in the water..wait for a few seconds it starts back up<br />and does it again.if anyone has had one...

    johnson 9.5 motor loose?

    just bought this 9.5 hp i believe its a 70<br />when you hold onto the lower unit it moves about an eight of an inch {loose} is this normal?<br />if i twist down the throtle to stop i can see the motor moving a little bit back and forth.<br />is there motor mounts on these models or did someone...

    i have a 1962 5.5 seahorse,runs perfect.<br />i;m thinking of upgrading to a 70 9.5 johnson<br />i have a 12ft harbour craft boat.i want something<br />a little faster,is the 9.5 a good solid engine??<br />the guy is asking 300.00 for the 9.5 johnson<br />any help on this would be great..<br />...
