    ok,here we go again.... Had plans to take the boat for spin just to find out that gears won't kick in ..On the way to the river I had to pass a long rough road. Boat and all was jumping all over.     1969 9.5 Johnson motor

    Hi there, I took my 1969 ( 9.5 ) Johnson motor for a spin this weekend and the gear kept jumping into neutral when going forward at mid way speed. Would anyone know why and how I can get this fix. I just bought the boat & motor so I'm learning about the outdoors boating adventures. Dan
