When I turn prop by hand it clicks in one direction and turns power head in the other no matter if it's in reverse or neutral. Idle speed is perfect. My guess is lower shift shaft is stripped. Heard the original ones had a brass piece that tend to strip out. I'm going to drop the foot tomorrow...
