Hello all, I've been looking for a good vinyl cleaner for years. Spray 9 is ok but never really gets the deep dirt out.

Hi all,
Had the carbs rebuilt w/ a noticeable difference. Problem is the idle is around 1800rpms. It does come down to around 900 when i slow the boat down sort of forcing the rpms down otherwise it stays at a fast idle.
