I have a mid 80s Merc 150 hp.Someone attempted to steal it cut the wiring and the hydraulic pipes.I am attempting to tilt the motor manually.It will not move it is locked fully down.I have found the release and most of the fluid has drained out the damaged pipes but I canot lift the motor.Help
