Back with my 86 Imperial- Thinking of replacing my prop, Kind'a banged up. I'm not sure how you read these numbers stamped on the prop (See pic)
I'm also not sure if this is the correct prop for my boat, Is there a rule of thumb I can go by? My boat is a 1986 Imperial V-8 230 horse 20' open...
I need to get my fuel tank pick up tube out of my fuel tank in my 1986 Imperial, the tank is maybe 30-40 gallons? and is under the floor, Can someone tell me how I can service the pickup tube? I already removed the check valve .
I must have a broken line/tube in the tank, If you blow back into...
Now that I found a crack in my lower unit, How do I figure out my ratio?? and what is the difference between gen 1 and gen 2 ?
Is there any reason I would want to change gear ratios ? I've been looking on G.List, Seems they can be had for $200.00 to $400.00.
My boat is a 1986 Imperial 19' open...
It looks like most or all the oil has leaked out of my out drive over the winter (judging from all the dead grass) The oil has come out a small hole that is in the bottom of the drive,Where and how hard is it to change the seal that is bad ?, My boat is a 1986 Imperial 230 horse 305 Chev V-8
My boat is hard starting after it sits for a long time, It's like it's starving for fuel, once started it will start right back up, only after it sits it won't start .
Please please help
