I have a 1995 evenrude 60hp tiller on a 1995 sea nymph 17.6 boat.the motor is very hard to turn. <br />the steering is so stiff at high speed that I have to slow down to turn the motor.Is there something I can do to the motor to losen it up?.Or am I doing somthing wrong?
