    I have a 1988 OMC v6 with a cobra stern drive on a 20ft cuddy. We do a lot of canal boating at slow speeds (1000 rpm) and the boat wanders. It has power steering and you have to constantly correct for it. Is this normal or can something be done to correct this. At 3000 rpm the boat steers fine...

    recommend a stern drive flush system

    I just purchased a 1988 v6 OMC stern drive boat and it presently sits at a dock in a canal with salt water. Since it doesn't have a raw pump, would someone please recommend a flush system or one that I can fabricate with tees, hoses etc. Thanks.
