does anyone know the conversion of the jet size # to drill size or fractional size? I am decreaseing mid range air to increase fuel, currently run 16+ 20,s I can change the 20's to 16's but I like to change the 16,s to 12's. I have other assorted jet sizes I can change if I know the coverstion...
looking for carb bodies and throttle plates for a 1986 evinrude 140. emulsion tubes have erodded, stalls thru midrange but if hit the primer takes off 6000 rpm. I understand that it has to have match throttle bodies and carbs. any ideas?
I have 17' mako with a 140 evinrude, it also has a jack plate, the cavitation plate should be even with bottom of the boat. does the 6" set back of the jack plate change this height? :confused:

looking for tune up specs on a model AQ125A 4 cyl volvo stern drive. I.E. Point gap or dwell, timing, plugs and gap. I'm not sure of year but looks like early 80's
between 4200 and 5000 rpm engine runs strong but when trimmed out will drop 200 rpm and within 1 minute will pick back up. If I lower the motor and put more of a load on the motor the rpms smooth out no problems. Thinking possibly a poor connection stator/power pack. Anybody have some insight...
I'm replacing a drive shaft for I believe is a 1971 50hp lark. I don't have the engine in front of me but I have a chance to buy a used replacement. The model # is 50173S serial #E16485 can anyone one tell me what the shaft lenth would be on this model. Thanks :)
