I HAVE A 2005 TRACKER V16 TARGA tih a 50 hp 2 stroke 3 cyl. Runs great at low rpm..... but when I go full throttle and attempt to plane out ...the motor sputters and " bogs down"... if i pump the bulb in the fuel line when it is acting this way it smooths out and picks up power. once i stop...
I have a 45 hp Westbend.... starts right up...Idles great!! When you give it gas it boggs down...then levels off but tops out at only 5-8 mph....has no power.... any ideas?? I am new to outboards!
