    burnt regulator last time out, motor ran fine to get me through the rest of day. Question is will it hurt to run for a couple of trips with regulator disconnected?? my lakes are idle only so no long hard runs 1994 150 evinrude

    1994 evinrude 150 burnt the regulator this weekend luckily no damage to other wires, but will it hurt to run without it?

    trigger and distributor?

    I had a crispy wire from distibutor to trigger. should I replace both or is there a possible other cause? I do not want to fry a new trigger thnaks

    getting the trigger off 50 hp mercury

    Trying to get the trigger off of my mercury. I am down to the trigger but cannot get the 8 holed part off of the end of the shaft. Is this just pressed on? do I need a better type of puller? any help will be appreciated thanks
