    water in lower unit

    I have a 1997 115 fastrike 60 deg I had it in 3 times because of water in lower unit he replaced the lower seals twice and uppers the third time also new water pump but it still gets water in it after only a couple hours running. it holds pressure and vacuum 20lbs overnight with empty gearcase.
