    DPS-A shifted but had no throttle

    2007 5.0 GXi-G with DPS-A outdrive shifted into gear as normal but the throttle would not respond. Did it twice in a row. Once when trying to throttle up the engine sputtered and died. Then it started working fine. Didn't even turn the engine off. Any ideas as to where to start looking?
