    Honda 4s 50 trim and tilt question

    the honda factory trim and tilt has a part at the base that is corroded thru and leaking pink fluid (no longer functional). The SF Bay Area dealer I took it to said that while most of the parts are OK, it would be cheaper to replace the whole unit ($1600 part plus $600 labor estimated...gag)...
