Ok here is my latest problem with 800 series stringer 1985 year with 3.8l engine. I have removed the upper drive and discovered the water pump shaft is ground smooth. Also the upper drive shaft needs replacing due to this wp shaft. How do you separate the drive shaft from the pinion gear?
