New to the forum. Just recently fixed and re-connected trim/tilt pump. It is making a loud gurgiling sound but it does not rise or lower the engine. It is also leaking out oil on the front bottom hose line. Any suggestions on why it won't tilt. It is a 1988 Bayliner with an 1988 125 Force...
