does not seem to do anything, button seems to engage, but i am unable to advance the trottle handle. handle is stuck in straight up neutral position. i cannot increase idle speed when in neutral. when out of neutral i seem to have no problem. first boat, first season out, first problem...
ok. they tell you not to engage engine if is not running cause it will cause damage to throttle only feature. well, what if you do. i can't adjust idle speed on my merc w/o engaging the prop....what do i do now. they tell you not to do it, but what do you do if you do?<br /><br />thanks...
