    Reversed battery cable..... now no spark??

    I did the most foolish thing any boater can do. Yup, I reversed the +/- battery cable by accident. Now i have no spark ??? I have a 70's 115 hp mercury outboard 6cyl inline (cd) ignition does anyone have any idea if its the coil that goes to the middle of the dist. with key on theres power...
