    suzuki DT 75 water squirting out of head plug

    i have water squirting out of the head area by the 2nd spark plug. there is a casted hole in the head which looks like a water plug or freeze plug was there, i found a schematic which shows a plug in that area , what could cause this plug to fail thanks Ed
