    Johnson throttle cable removal

    I have a 1983 johnson 60 horsepower boat motor. I need to replace throttle cable. No problem removing it from the engine, but from the shift box I need help on how to get cable off. If you have pics that would also help. Thanks

    Help with mounting trolling motor

    Also, The lip isn't raised much, but it does raise front holes off deck. I also have no access underneath so I'll have to use those rubber mounting minn kota makes I believe they are MkR-8.

    Johnson 1983 60 hp tilt and trim

    I have a 1983 60 hp johnson. The tilt and trim runs ,but want lift. I know it needs fluid. Where do I put it in at and is pennzoil ok? It has set awhile and has leaked out, please help!

    Trying to get out bushing, I cracked or took a chunk out of housing where bushing and o-ring sets. Any suggestions on what to do to fix or is it ruined. I did get bushing ang ring out.

    Which gasket sealant is best? Should it be used on drive shaft seal and on shift rod bushing and seal? Or grease or nothing?

    Seal removal on lower unit

    I bet this has been asked a million times. Having trouble getting out seals on lower unit of my 18HP evinrude 1960 model 15032. Any suggestions?

    Skeg removal

    I have a 18 hp evinrude 1960 model 15032. I am replacing all lower unit seals, gaskets etc. having a hard time removing the skeg. I have a split skeg with all six bolts and one Phillips head removed on the side. Please help!
