Kind of new at boat ownership. 1991 omc sterndrive started up right after winter, put in water and now just a rapid clicking sound. When I used a jump box it started right up. Then ran for 20 mins. Everything fine. It would not start again. Battery tested fine, got a new one anyway. Same thing...
