    Trouble changing thermostat

    I took off the housing and found only pieces of my thermostat left in the housing. Where would the rest of the pieces (spring) have if the rusted out? Could it have mades its way out of the system or is it somewhere I should be looking? Also, does anyone know the part number of the thermostat...
