Im a boating newbie i just bought a 1986 Bayliner Capri with 50 horse outboard seems to run great the one time i brought it out but water barely trickles out of hole on back of motor is the water pump bad or impeller shouldnt it come out like a garden hose? Dont want to destroy my new motor...
