I have a 40hp Suzuki 2 stroke engine on my boat and am having a problem - when I turn the wheel to full starboard the engine sticks in that position and has to be moved by hand. It's getting kinda dodgy when mooring - especially when there's a lot of boats around. I've asked a few people but...
