Minn Kota Trolling dual motors, defective controller

I can sure use some help. I have a pontoon with dual trolling motors which on the actual motor has the brand Neptune brand but they are manufactured by Minn Kota. it is a 12v system, when i put either forward or reverse almost always one motor does not spin, when i tap on the controller board...
