1994 5.8Fi PMDA
My outdrive tends to leak (fall) down over time. There are no fluid leaks that I can see on the exterior or interior. The fluid level is fine. Does my problem lie within the pump itself or could the rams be at fault? Thanks

1994 PMDA engine, SX outdrive. My outdrive keeps falling down little by little. Last season it seemed to stay up when it was brought all the way up but this year it slowly falls all the way down in a few days. Would this be the seals in my pump or the rams? When I start the engine cold it fires right up but after running it a while and shutting it down for a while, it's tough getting it to start again. I turns over quite a bit. I've gone thru the tuneup and have replaced the fuel filter as well. Any ideas?

For the life of me I cannot get my sea pump to suck water when I put the muffs on the outdrive. I have a new impeller and I just installed a new cam in the sea pump. There seem to be no obstructions because I can flow water from the pump to the outdrive. Any ideas?
