Length of plug wires from spark plugs to where they go in on right side. Mine look real long but maybe they are suppose to be that way. I know they have to move with arm. plate or whatever.

I put a gasket repair kit in. The reads were corroded up -I cleaned them up in process bent one. I straightened it as best I could and flipped it over and put it back in. Seems to run alright but would like to replace both reeds.

Lower unit vent screw -there is small screw 2-3 " above prop hub and way up-a ft. or so a rubber oblong plug on lower unit.I am afraid of taking screw out until I find out if it the right one. Feel more like the Finnish Jackass today. Think the screw has to be it... edit- forward and neutral...
