    Mercury 1500 no acceleration

    I have an older mercury, 77 model. Engine runs good with water hose attached, revs fine. When we put it in the lake, we cant get above a fast idle with the throttle wide open. I have two fuel pumps and three carbs, the carbs were rebuilt installed new fuel lines but I'm not 100% sure the fuel...
