Ongoing issue with 94 mercruiser 350 5.7 EFI. Have low WOT approx 3100 RPM so switched out ignition control module back to original and wot jumps to 4000 but won’t idle smoothly. Took video of the scanner. Timing seems to be jumping all over at idle.

After fixing the thermostat issue and running for a bit I noticed some water drops on the port side hoses under the exhaust manifold. Was thinking it could have been the gasket but after looking under there looks to be some seeping water from the head.
Can I run as is?

Found the throttle(?) Cable that connects to the ignition safety dial is broken. Can this one section be replaced or does the whole thing have to be replaced.

Just pulled the reed plate for 3 and 4 and found another broken pedal on 4.
Hopefully this solves my idle issue.

Anyone ever use boyesen reeds with this motor? Debating whether to order the factory replacement $85x4 or go with the boyesen kit for $125.

Started up after new stator and trigger. Ran real good then mechanic checked primer bulb and boom big backfire. Here is a picture of the reeds after the backfire.
1997 force 120 will not run on all 4 cylinders. Checked spark and have good gas. Second cylinder not firing all the time and 4th will miss occasionally as well. Ruled out plugs, wires, and cdm. Any ideas on if its the stator or trigger or reeds? how can I rule some of these out?
