I just inherited a 9.9 Johnson OB.Took it for a short spin and over heated. No water out the weep hole. Assume impeeler dry rotted, hasn't been in service for over 2 years. IS there a trick to drop the foot to get to the impeller?<br />Roger "HEY CULLIGAN MAN"
