hi have a 1986 YAMAHA 150 outboard good compression new rings 2 new FUEL PUMPs new Fuel filter CARBURETORs. look ok but v hard to START Rough Idle will not accelerate at all unless I use the emergency choke system. Then it will not run well at top end .
