Hey everyone, need some advice on a used motor I bought for my boat. It idles fine, unfortunately it won't run faster that 3 miles an hour! It appears to be a fuel line issue, pump, filter or whatever. If I have someone squeeze the "fuel ball" in rapid motion I can temporarily get up to 10 mph...
