    Fuel delivery problems!

    Hi, its me again. Still batteling with my 93 5.0 L EFI Cobra! When I turn the ignition on both pumps come on and charge system. Low pressure is giving me 7 psi, upper is giving me 35 to 40 psi.     Fuel Reservoir

    93 5.0 EFI Cobra 7 PSI at low pressure pump, 35 PSI at fuel rail. No pressure at fuel reservoir. How can this be? Any ideas?
