I am replacing the interior in my 1990 Mastercraft Prostar 190 and am trying to find a digital file of the "Mastercraft" and the Star which are embroidered in the seats and the side panels.
I know I can buy replacement skins for this boat, but I can do the cutting and stitching for a fraction...
I have a 2000 Yamaha 115 4-stroke.
It starts right up runs fine for a moment then begins to run rough and sometimes stall. It will not really rev up.
I started with the VST first cleaning them finally replacing it completely.
I had some questionable fuel so I am now running on a seperate tank...

If I fill the hull on land it drips out at the starboard side rear mounting bolt for the bottom plate below the pump nozzle.

I have a 2000 115 four stroke that only revs up to 3300-3600 rpm.
I have changed fuel filters and the plugs (very black)
I have also noticed just recently fuel dripping out of the air intake box when the engine is running.
I have 38PSI fuel pressure at the fitting on the top of the fuel...
I have a 96 Sea Doo GTX and it will not run above 6000 rpm.
What should the max be for this machine?
It appears to be an ignition issue that when the engine hits 6000 rpm it immediately goes back to around 4000.
Is there a rev limiter? Can it be adjusted? Do they typically go bad?

The both would run fine up to 6000 rpm and then start surging back to 4000 then 6000 then 4000 etc.
I replaced the gray fuel lines and bypassed the swith and water seperator and went straight to the carb, they are much better.

It runs fine and comes out of the hole perfect under load until the tach hits 4000 RPM, then it begins to break up.
If I back down the throttle below 4000 it runs fine all day long.
