    RPM question

    I have a 15' Center Console, 1992 50hp Evinrude. I have a standard Aluminum prop 11 3/4 x 17. Boat runs 31mph @ 5250 rpm. I also have a Cupped Stainless prop 12 3/8 x 15. Boat runs 31mph @ 6000 rpm. Book says I should be running 5500rpm at wot. Which prop should I run?

    saftey kill switch question

    Evinrude model question

    I bought a boat with an older Evinrude 40hp motor. I cannot read any numbers from the ID info plate. Inside, on a freeze plug is a number G3133023. Is this number helpful in identifying what I have? It is a Remote Electric start 40hp and I was told 1994. Any help?

    Coral Bay by American Skiff

    Just bought a used (2006) Coral Bay by American Skiff boat. Really hard to find any info about this brand. From what little I was able to find online, looks like Hand Laid - All Composite construction. It appears the company may have stopped making boats around 2009. Anybody know anything more?
