    Mercury 125 on 171 Champion I know that everyone says that to get full rpm you can change the pitch of the prop. I agree but I have a 4 blade quicksilver 25 pitch prop and have a great hole shot with a top end about 55 mph roughly about 4700 rpm not bad but can you adjust the governor to let it...

    I have a mercury 125 it is a 4 cylinder, but when it is idleing it kicks off 2 cylinders somehow. It has a bad hesitation when taking off. Is there a way to keep all 4 cylinders running all the time?
