I finally have gotten around to taking the faulty tilt cylinder off. It is leaking from the top of the cylinder and the o-ring that was previously used has disintegrated.
Does anyone know where I can find a replacement o-ring?

I bought a bass boat without a motor. The motor I bought seperately was a 1996 Force 120HP. The wiring harness connector that is from the boat was connected to a 01 or 02 Merc 200HP. Is this wiring harness connector from the boat compatible with my Force wiring harness?

I have a 1996 Force 120 outboard and the rectifier looks fried. I bought this outboard and saw it run while it was on an engine stand, but it was started by jumping straight to the starter. I can not start the motor and the wiring harness gets real hot when I try and crank it.
