I have a '76 Mercury motor, serial #4410745, 20 HP Mercury electric start and carburetor #1364-5584. When the motor starts and the carburetor runs out of fuel, I have to pump the bulb to get fuel in it again to get it running. Once fuel is used up, it shuts off again and won't continue to run...
