    I've been trying to set my 60hp 1984 e60elcre ignition timing for the first time using joe Reeves method the only thing I might be confused about is using the light I purchased a dial one from harbor freight manual says 21 so I minus 4 and I set my dial to 17 and want to see btdc as I crank it...
