    Can a 1996 115 merc be tuned up? What eles beside a plug change will help a rough running engine.

    Can anyone explain why my motor is getting to much fuel to all four of the carbs, the motor is running very rough, they were rebuilt and new needles were put in. I have double check the valves, they are correct ones, also seets seem to be in good shape as well.??????? 1996 4 cylinder
