    Can you change a 25" shaft into a 20" shaft on yam txr 150?

    I have been looking high and low for a good 150 outboard two stroke, I came across a great deal on a 2010 txr150 but its a 25" shaft and I need a 20" is there any way change it over?

    merc 115 revs up but no go Please help

    I have a 1994 pos merc 115 when I bought it the reverse never worked had a local mechanic look at it he said the foot wasent worth fixing, so I ran it all last season with no reverse the last time I took it out the whole foot quit working it would go in gear but no matter how much throttle it...

    I have recently purchased a 1993 Mercury 115 and was wondering what the oil/fuel mixture was and what do I need to do to the oil pump to convert it?
