    power trim problem

    I have a 1996 60hp mercury. The trim would go down but it would not go up. The relay would click so I switch the relays now it would go up but not down.I thought the relay was bad. So I put a new mercury reley in but it did not help.I could move new relay to the up or down will not work. but...

    93 evinrude power pack bad
