2001 Mercruiser 5L, alpha outdrive, carburated. Tilt/trim indicator on dash is permanently stuck in the far right position even though the outdrive pivots fine. Gauge has 12v to it but I am uncertain if this means the gauge is bad or something else, ie sending unit. Any ideas??
