Firstly, I see no listings in forum for people with 100hp mercs. how come? Is it just a model that they shipped to Australia ?<br />I need info on how to remove and repair pivot pin and or bushes. The only manual I have been able to find doesn't cover that procedure.

I'm having problems with hard steering on my 1996 100hp Merc outboard. Ive determined it's the bushes and or pivot pin as we have loosened it a little before with heat and lubrication. There is also a fair amount of play at the bottom bush which concerns me a little.<br />Dealers have quoted...
