had a mid 90's 60hp merc rebuilt last year and didnt winterize it...motor is fine as it was stored indoors but i was wonderin if there is anything i have to do before i run it since i didnt winterize it...also ever since it was re built its had troubles starting, it will start and run for a few...

looking at a boat that has a re-done transom. would that be a good thing or bad thing? guessing it would be good for the transom but still means that other parts are still rotting in the boat is that right? whats your thoughts on that??thanks
